Washington, D.C. - The Log Cabin Republicans National Board of Directors has chartered new local Chapters in Massachusetts and Arkansas, bringing the total grassroots base of the organization to 26 states and the District of Columbia.

"Log Cabin Republicans of Massachusetts has been working hard to revive the Chapter in the Commonwealth," Director of the newly relaunched Log Cabin Republicans of Massachusetts Dylan Kelly stated. "Massachusetts is a special place in our nation and it holds a special place in my heart. We are all anxious to expand the chapter in Massachusetts and are enthusiastic to grow our chapter to its highest potential!"

"Arkansas is looking for solutions that reflect the changing attitudes of the country through fiscally conservative actions with smaller government," Log Cabin Republicans of Arkansas Chapter Leader Kent Turner commented. "We are going to work hard to provide this grassroots movement a voice that proves people can have strong Republican values with equality for all, while not trampling on the precious rights thoughtfully provided by the founders of this great country."

Log Cabin Republicans President Gregory T. Angelo added:

"From the heights of the Northeast to the deep-red south of Arkansas, Log Cabin Republicans continues to grow. Over the past year alone we have added more than a dozen new Chapters across the country, in key states that allow us to have an important presence in the 2016 Republican presidential race, Senate and House elections, state, and municipal elections. Log Cabin Republicans has a growing and enthusiastic base bringing a message of common-sense conservatism throughout the United States."
