The First Lady, who was dining nearby at the restaurant where the man perished, stood by as she could not provide the basic life-saving procedure of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
Whoopi Goldberg had no comment when asked if she was shocked to learn that Jill Biden has no medical training despite a clamor to refer to her as doctor. Whoopi, who is paid to give enlightened commentary despite being a high school dropout, had previously praised the First Lady as an "amazing doctor" and a "hell of a doctor" and suggested she should become the Surgeon General.
Jill Biden received a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in 2007, a degree which provides little to no knowledge in the medical sciences.
